Morava (German: Mrauen) is a village in the Kočevje municipality in southern Slovenia. It was a village settled by Gottschee Germans. During the Second World War its original population was expelled. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2]
The local church, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was a Late Gothic building modified in the 19th and early 20th centuries that was demolished in 1955.[3]
